Employee in Sales and Acquisition (m/f/d)

Your Role with Us

Join our customer support team! We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) in Sales and Acquisition. As part of our 9-person team, you will assist customers with inquiries about our products, orders, and complaints via email or phone, while also actively engaging in acquiring new customers.

In this responsible role, your tasks will also include:

• Providing commercial support to new and existing customers.
• Acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Sending quotes via email and occasionally dispatching sample shipments by mail.
• Offering consultation and customer support via phone and email.
• Processing quotes and orders using our inventory management system.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who fits the following profile:

• Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory; career changers are welcome.
• You have a high level of commitment and enjoy advising and selling.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English or additional foreign languages is an advantage.
• You are communicative and a strong team player.
• You embrace new tasks and challenges with enthusiasm.
• Familiarity with Office applications and/or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Motivation and flexibility are part of your nature.
• You have an independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.
• Passion and dedication for your work.
