Employee in Sales and Shipping as a Floater with an Interest in Social Media (m/f/d)

Your Role with Us

Become part of our team! We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the Sales and Shipping department. As a versatile member of our 9-person team, you will work across both sales and shipping. You bring some initial experience with social media and are enthusiastic about managing and expanding our various online presences.

In this responsible and diverse role, you can also look forward to the following tasks:

• Providing commercial support to new and existing customers.
• Handling customer consultations and support via phone and email.
• Processing quotes and orders using our inventory management system.
• Ensuring adherence to packing deadlines and the proper packaging of deliveries.
• Picking orders according to dispatch requirements and ensuring their transfer to recipients or freight forwarders.
• Managing incoming and outgoing goods as well as relocations using our inventory management system.

We’re looking for someone who fits the following profile:

• Experience in sales is a plus but not required; career changers are welcome.
• You are highly motivated and enjoy communicating through social media.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English or additional foreign languages is an advantage.
• You are communicative and a strong team player.
• You embrace new tasks and challenges with enthusiasm.
• Familiarity with Office applications and/or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Motivation and flexibility are part of your nature.
• You have an independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.
• Passion and dedication for your work.
