Part-Time Position in Social Media & IT Support (m/f/d)

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and tech-savvy part-time team member (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible in the area of IT Support & Social Media. Your focus will be on maintaining our systems, supporting everyday IT operations, and contributing to our ERP system. This way, you ensure a smooth digital workflow and a strong online presence.

In your responsible part-time role, you can expect varied tasks:

• You support the management of our ERP system – from user inquiries to data maintenance.
• You assist with everyday IT issues (e.g. workstation, software, network) and contribute to the evaluation and preparation of data.
• You plan and create posts for our social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) – from text to visuals.
• You develop new ideas for content, formats, or series and bring in your own suggestions.
• You respond to messages and comments, ensuring active community engagement.
• You monitor trends and activities in the social media landscape and bring relevant topics into the company.
• Through your work – even part-time – you strengthen our brand presence and support Armolan’s external image.

What you bring

Who would be a great fit for us:

• Technical affinity – e.g. with computer hardware, software installations, or system maintenance
• Experience with office applications, email systems, and ideally small network infrastructures
• Initial experience in social media, communication, or content creation – or great enthusiasm to dive into this field
• A good sense for visual language, tone, and audience targeting
• Enjoyment in writing, designing, and communicating
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, or similar tools
• Independent, structured work style and an eye for detail
• Creativity, reliability, and enjoyment in working as part of a team
• Passion for digital communication – even part-time, you are a fixed part of our team
