Employee in Shipping and Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d)

Your Role with Us

We are currently seeking an employee (m/f/d) for the Shipping and Warehouse Logistics department to join our 9-person team. In this role, you will help ensure timely delivery of shipments and optimal inventory management. You will not only handle the packaging of our products for shipment but also contribute to maintaining structure and organization in internal company areas.

In this responsible role, your tasks will include the following:

• Processing incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensuring adherence to scheduled packing deadlines and proper packaging of shipments.
• Picking orders according to dispatch requirements and ensuring their transfer to recipients or freight forwarders.
• Receiving materials from suppliers and managing the storage and relocation of products and materials.
• Providing the shipping department with materials as needed.
• Recording inventory data, conducting independent stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
• Processing incoming and outgoing inventory movements using our inventory management system.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who fits the following profile:

• Knowledge and experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics, or a strong desire to work in this field.
• A willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges.
• An understanding of organization and structure.
• Familiarity with Office applications and/or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in handling industrial trucks is a plus.
