Employee in Production and Shipping (m/f/d)

Your Role with Us

We are currently seeking an employee (m/f/d) for our production department to join our 9-member team. In this role, you will handle the final assembly and packaging of our products for on-time delivery and actively support our shipping team.

In this responsible position, your tasks will also include:

• Performing final assembly and packaging of our products using our machinery.
• Ensuring compliance with scheduled packing deadlines and proper packaging of shipments.
• Picking orders according to dispatch requirements and ensuring their transfer to the recipient or freight forwarder.
• Receiving materials from suppliers and managing the storage and relocation of products and materials.
• Supplying the shipping department with materials as needed.
• Recording inventory data, conducting independent stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
• Processing incoming and outgoing goods as well as relocations using our inventory management system.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who fits the following profile:

• Experience in operating and setting up machines is an advantage, or a strong desire to work in this area.
• Knowledge and experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics would be beneficial.
• A willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges.
• An understanding of organization and structure.
• Familiarity with Office applications and/or inventory management systems would be a plus.
• Experience in handling industrial trucks would be advantageous.
• Motivation and flexibility are second nature to you.
• A self-reliant and reliable work ethic.
• You are communicative and a team player.
