Part-Time Position in Social Media & IT Support (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a creative, reliable, and tech-savvy part-time team member (m/f/d) for our Social Media & IT Support department. You will manage our social media channels and assist with day-to-day IT tasks. This way, you contribute to both a strong online presence and a smooth digital work environment.

In your responsible part-time role, you can expect a variety of exciting tasks:

• You plan and create posts for our social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) – from text to visuals.
• You develop new ideas for content, formats or series and contribute your own suggestions.
• You respond to messages and comments, helping to build an active community.
• You track trends and activities in the social media landscape and bring relevant topics into the company.
• You support everyday IT needs (e.g. setting up workstations, software updates, troubleshooting email and network issues) and contribute to the preparation and analysis of data.
• You help manage our ERP system – from answering user questions to maintaining data.
• With your work – even part-time – you strengthen our brand presence and support Armolan’s public image.

What you bring

Who would be a great fit for us:

• Initial experience in social media, communication, or content creation – or strong motivation to learn
• A good eye for visuals, tone of voice, and target audience engagement
• Enjoyment in writing, designing, and communicating
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, or similar tools
• Technical affinity – e.g. with computer hardware, software installations, or basic system maintenance
• Experience with office applications, email systems, and ideally small network infrastructures
• Independent, well-organized work style and attention to detail
• Creativity, reliability, and a passion for teamwork
• Enthusiasm for digital communication – even part-time, you’re a key member of our team
