What types of privacy film are there?
There are different types of privacy film, each offering different functionalities and aesthetic features. These include
1. single-sided opaque films: these films ensure that the view from the outside is restricted, while a clear view to the outside remains from the inside. They are ideal for residential and office environments where privacy is desired but daylight still needs to be let through.
2. coloured films: These films not only provide privacy, but also add a splash of colour to the windows. They can be used to add style to the room while increasing functionality.
3. patterned films: Patterned privacy films offer a creative way to design rooms. They can be available in a variety of designs, from floral motifs to geometric patterns, providing both protection and decorative effects.
4. frosted (sandblasted) films: These films mimic the look of sandblasted glass, providing both privacy and an attractive matt finish. They are a popular choice for offices and bathrooms as they allow light through but severely restrict visibility.
Each type of privacy film has its own advantages and can be selected to fulfil both aesthetic and functional needs depending on the requirements and room design.
