Why is my online account not activated in our B2B shop?

It can be frustrating if your account in the B2B online shop is not activated. In most cases, this is because we have not yet received your business registration. During the registration process, you will have been advised that the submission of a valid business registration is required to grant access to the B2B customer account. To ensure that you can activate your account, please follow these simple steps:

1. submit business registration:
   - Make sure you send us a copy of your business registration. This can be done conveniently by email.

2. verification and activation:
   - As soon as we have received and checked your business registration, we will usually activate your B2B customer account immediately. You will then receive an e-mail with your access data.

Submitting your business registration is not just a formality, it also gives you access to special B2B offers and exclusive discount promotions that are only available to business customers.
