What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation after placing my order?

If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, we recommend that you first check your spam folder. Sometimes important e-mails end up there due to spam filters. If the confirmation cannot be found there either, we are at your disposal to clarify the problem.
