The parcel service did not deliver my entire order. What now?

If the parcel service has not delivered your entire order, this could indicate that the goods have been split into several parcels. In many cases, partial deliveries can occur when certain items are in stock and others are still on their way.

Here are the steps you should take:

1. check the delivery status:
   - In most cases, we will provide you with a tracking number for your order. Check the status online to find out if any other parcels are on their way to you.

2. check the dispatch confirmation:
   - Your dispatch confirmation, which you received by email, provides information about the number of parcels and their tracking numbers. You can also find details of the items delivered there.

3. contact customer service:
   - If you cannot find any further information or the remaining parcels do not arrive within a reasonable time, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service on 06232 6759720. We will be happy to help you and will check the whereabouts of your remaining order.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do our utmost to ensure that your entire order arrives as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us.
