Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Yes, you have the option of changing or cancelling your order at a later date, provided that the processing status allows this. However, it is important to act as quickly as possible to fulfil your change requests, as orders that have already been processed may have already entered the shipping process.

Here are the steps to make a change or cancellation:

1. act quickly: Contact us immediately after you decide you need changes or want to cancel your order. The quicker you inform us, the greater the chance that we can process your request.

2. use the contact options:
   - By phone: You can contact us directly on 06232 6759720. Our customer service team is available during regular business hours.
   - By e-mail: Send us an e-mail with your order number and the desired change or cancellation request.

Please note that a cancellation or change is only possible up to the point at which your order has not yet been dispatched. For customised products or products that are already in production, changes may no longer be possible.
